2010 FBA Legislative Priorities Survey

Legislative Committee
I just completed the survey after returning to FL. They all sound great, but generally feel access and stiffer penalties for hittiing a bicyclist should be top priority. Laws just don’t get it that whacking a bike is no different than a car.
I REALLY appreciated the chance to complete this statute.
The vulnerable users statute would be a great change.
The tax credit for Rail Trails would be wonderful, if it would really result in more trails.
