A1A Update
Another positive step forward has been made on the Palm Beach County A1A bike lane issue. The First District Court of Appeal has agreed to hear arguments by bike lane supporters on January 29. The fact that they were willing to hear the case instead of simply affirming FDOT’s own Final Order shows the judges believe there must be some level of merit to our case.
