Key Violations: Motorists
- Failure to yield when entering roadway or at a stop or yield sign
- Failure to yield when turning left
- Unsafe passing
- Improper right turn (immediately in front of a cyclist)

Crash Investigation
- Different types of vehicles have different stopping times
- Mark location of bicycle

- Skid marks and scrapes on the road as well as cyclist clothing imbedded in pavement at impact areas—showing bounce/scrape trail
