FBA Summits – Workshops – Annual Membership Meeting

 

Cycling enthusiasts have opportunities this fall to attend the following interactive and exciting Florida Bicycle Association signature events:

 

Florida Bicycle Best Practices Workshop, Thursday, September 21, Tallahassee 

Join us at Grasslands Brewing Company for a unique evening with members of the Capital City Cyclists and Joyride Tallahassee to discuss past, present and future bicycle legislative initiatives.  This workshop is FREE and open to anyone who wishes to learn or share ideas with other bicycle enthusiasts to be part of the solution for Florida bicycling concerns.  Grasslands Brewing Company, 603 W Gaines Street, #7; Tallahassee, FL, 32304.

 

 

Bike/Walk Tampa Bay & FBA Summit, October 20, St. Petersburg

Bike/Walk Tampa Bay and Florida Bicycle Association are teaming up this October!  Join us Friday evening in downtown St. Petersburg for the Bike/Walk Tampa Bay summit, followed by a special FBA 20th Anniversary reception.  History displays featuring FBA events, newsletters and bicycling education campaigns from 1987 (yes, 30 years back) to today will be on display. Light refreshments and anniversary cake will be served. All are welcome to attend!

FBA Annual Membership Meeting, October 21, St. Petersburg

You won’t want to miss this special FBA membership meeting.  We’ll take a look back on our 20-year history and plan together for FBA’s future.  Snacks and special 20th Anniversary giveaways provided, along with information and idea sharing from you, our members!  Saturday, October 21, 1PM – 4PM, St. Petersburg Main Library, 3745 9th Avenue N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713

 

Florida Bicycle Best Practices Workshop, Saturday, November 18, 2PM – 5PM, Clermont

The annual Florida Bicycle Best Practices Workshop in Clermont will once again be held in conjunction with the Florida Freewheelers Horrible Hundred this November.  This workshop is open to anyone who wishes to learn or share ideas with other bicycle enthusiasts to be part of the solution for Florida bicycling concerns.  The workshop is FREE and those who register in advance will receive entry to the Horrible Hundred on November 19.  REGISTER NOW!
