Publication Dates and Circulation
The Florida Bicycle Messenger is published quarterly. Publication dates are January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15. The newspaper is mailed to approximately 1400 active members, bicycle/pedestrian coordinators and professionals, governmental officials, corporations, bicycle clubs and shops, and other state and regional bicycle advocacy organizations for an approximate total of 3200 issues. We currently print 3700 copies per issue which are further distributed at special events.
Format
The Florida Bicycle Messenger is printed using a 16-page 11 x 13” format on an upgraded newsprint stock, black ink, with a special pms color on pages 1, 7, 8 and 16. Printing is by web offset at 85-100 line, 145 dpi at size is the best resolution for photos.

Media and File Formats
Most popular digital media is acceptable. We will return your zip, CD or other disks, but give us clear instructions and an address. Ads requiring special design work, layout or scanning (halftones, screens, etc.) will be surcharged at our production costs + $60/hr.
Due Dates and Terms
Advertisements and editing changes are due by 5:00 pm on each of the space reservation dates prior to the next quarterly issue: December 15, March 15, June 15 and September 15. Payment is due on placement of advertising order and before publication. We will send you a copy of the newspaper upon publication.
